This form requests information needed to consider your application to participate in LIM College's Semester Exchange Program.
Participation in Study Abroad Programs is a unique and valuable opportunity for students seeking to broaden their academic and cultural horizons. The college will review applications holistically and reserves the right to select participants based on a range of factors that help determine the best fit for the program. These may include, but are not limited to, academic performance, alignment with program goals, demonstrated interest in international learning, personal preparedness, and the potential for meaningful engagement with the host culture.

All eligible students are encouraged to apply. This application does not hold you to any commitment nor is it a guarantee of acceptance into the program. Please complete ALL sections.

IMPORTANT NOTE!
The semester start and end dates at some institutions may overlap with the following semester at LIM College. It is the applicant's responsibility to plan ahead to ensure that they are able to meet the attendance requirements at both the host institution and LIM College. Contact the Study Abroad Coordinator if you have questions.

Degree Audit

Upload a scan of the photo page of your passport. Your passport must be valid until at least 6 months past the end date of your study abroad program.

Participation Requirements

All students accepted to LIM College's study abroad program and who agree to participate will be required to complete the following:

A Participation Agreement and Student Code of Conduct.
Submit information for two (2) emergency contacts.
Meet with a Financial Services Counselor (if using financial aid).
Schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider to complete a health clearance form.
Any other documentation or procedures as determined by the Office of Study Abroad.

Note that this is not an exhaustive list of participation requirements. Failure to complete all required pre-departure steps by the given deadlines risk termination from the study abroad program. In addition, study abroad participants must maintain full-time status (equivalent of 12 LIM College credit hours) at the College from the time of their acceptance through the end of the exchange program. Dropping to part-time status or withdrawing from the College at any point leading up to the program will make the student ineligible to participate and any committed funds will not be refunded.
