For the purposes of this agreement, the deposit/payment date(s) shall be the date(s) published on the Study Abroad application form at the time of submission. No portion of the program costs will be refunded after the first day of the program as set by LIM College. Students withdrawing after the fourth full week of the accompanying course are liable for their tuition.
Students must maintain full-time status at the College from the time of their acceptance to the program through the end of the program; dropping to part-time status or withdrawal from the College at any point leading up to the program will make the student ineligible to participate and any committed funds will not be refunded.
Participation in the Study Abroad Program is a unique and valuable opportunity for students seeking to broaden their academic and cultural horizons. Due to the immersive nature of the experience and limited program capacity, acceptance into the program is competitive.
