2026 College and Career Opportunities Fair

Dear Admissions Representative,

On behalf of our School Counseling Staff, we are pleased to invite you to our 2026 College and Career Opportunities Fair. This event will allow you to promote career and college exploration opportunities directly to our students. We are personally reaching out because we feel you represent an educational program that will interest our student population as they near graduation and look to make future plans.

· Date: Wednesday, April 29th, 2026

· Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

· Location: Daniel Hand High School - 286 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT

We will supply tables to all participants. Please restrict your display and promotions to table top items only. Below is the preliminary itinerary to help plan for your participation to this event:

· 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm Registration and Table set-up

· 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm Food and Refreshments

· 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm Open Fair

· 7:30 pm – 8:00 pm End of Fair: Clean-up and Breakdown
