LIM College has exceptionally few single rooms which are reserved for students with documented medical needs. Even among this group, there is a waiting list. Please review the Housing Contract here. Highlights of the contract include:

This housing contract is for the full 2026-2027 academic year (fall and spring semesters). Signing this contract obligates you for the costs of housing for the full academic year, even if you choose not to live in such housing for all or part of the year and regardless of the reason you choose not to live in the housing. You will be responsible for the full cost of housing for the entire academic year. Spring applicants are applying for housing during the spring semester (January-May) at half the listed cost.
Housing accommodations are in double, triple, or quad occupancy room with a private bathroom.
The large majority of spaces are double rooms. Triple and quad rooms are very limited.
LIM College makes every effort to give room assignments in accordance with preferences listed on the housing application, however, no guarantees are made in making housing assignments
We look to provide a congenial, comfortable and culturally enriching atmosphere for all students. We expect you to abide by our rules and regulations so that we can maintain this environment. Additionally, you will be required to abide by any and all rules established by the staff at FOUND – Study Midtown East.

I have read the items in the Housing Contract, and agree to abide by these rules or any amendments thereof. I further agree in the event LIM College and/or FOUND – Study Midtown East makes a determination that I have breached the rules and terminates my residence. I will vacate my room within 24 hours after receiving written notice of such termination from LIM College or FOUND – Study Midtown East.
